How do we work?
The job search usually starts by looking through our vacancies to see if there is anything that would suit you. Then submit your application along with your CV. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as we review applications on a first-come, first-served basis and positions are often filled immediately. If you are one of the people who seem best suited for the job, we will contact you for an interview. All Dobra Finland employees are covered by collective agreements, insurance and good conditions. At Dobra Finland we are always interested in getting in touch with skilled workers, so even if we don't have a vacancy at the moment, send us an open application along with your CV and we will keep your details on file and get in touch if suitable work comes up.
Our Recruitment Officer Daria Kapusta is originally from Poland but has lived and worked in Finland for over ten years. Daria takes care of all job applications and ensures that the entire process, from the application to the start of the work, is handled flawlessly She also has ongoing contact with both employers and employees during the course of her work.
