Etsimme tekijöitä venealalle: laminoitsijat ja asentajat

Haluatko työn, jossa pääset tekemään konkreettista käsillä tehtävää työtä ja näkemään oman kädenjälkesi valmiissa veneissä? Etsimme nyt motivoituneita tekijöitä veneenrakennuksen tuotantotehtäviin erityisesti Pohjanmaan ja Keski-Pohjanmaan alueilla.

Työ tarjoaa mahdollisuuden olla mukana modernissa venevalmistuksessa, jossa yhdistyvät laatu, tarkkuus ja käytännön osaaminen.

Työtehtävät

Työ on monipuolista tuotanto- ja asennustyötä, johon voi kuulua esimerkiksi:

• Veneiden runkojen, kansien ja rakenteiden kokoonpano

• Komponenttien asennus työohjeiden ja piirustusten mukaan

• Moottori- ja järjestelmäasennukset

• Laminointi- ja komposiittityöt

• Viimeistely ja laadunvarmistus

Työ on käytännönläheistä käsillä tehtävää asennustyötä.

Etsimme sinua, joka

• Olet kiinnostunut tekemään käsillä ja haluat oppia uusia taitoja

• Sinulla on jonkin verran kokemusta työkaluista (esim. autot, mopot, tekniset harrastukset ovat plussaa)

• Työskentelet huolellisesti ja vastuullisesti

• Olet hyvässä fyysisessä kunnossa

• Olet valmis vuorotyöhön

Venealan kokemus on plussaa, mutta ei välttämätöntä – tärkeintä on reipas asenne. Me opetamme sinut tehtävään!

Are you looking for a job where you can do hands-on practical work and see the results of your own craftsmanship in finished boats? We are now looking for motivated individuals for production roles in boat building, especially in the Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia regions.

The work offers the opportunity to be part of modern boat manufacturing, where quality, precision, and practical skills come together.

Job Duties

The work is varied production and assembly work, which may include:

• Assembly of hulls, decks, and structural components

• Installation of parts according to drawings and work instructions

• Engine and systems installation

• Composite and lamination work

• Finishing and quality control

• The job is hands-on installation and assembly work.

What we expect from you

• Motivation to work with your hands and learn new skills

• Familiarity with using tools (e.g. through hobbies such as cars, mopeds, or technical projects is an advantage)

• Careful and responsible working attitude

• Good physical condition

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

• Experience in the boat industry is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is the right attitude – we will train you for the role.
