We’ve noticed that what annoys our clients the most is when they have to pay extra costs they weren’t aware of. We are clear from the beginning about what is included in the service and aim to include as much as possible in the price.
What does it really mean that we do the bookkeeping in the customer’s own program? It means that we obtain a license in an accounting program for the customer if they don’t already have one, and if they already have their own accounting program that they use, we continue in it. This way, it’s easy for the customer to switch accounting firms, as the new firm only needs access to the program they use and can pick up where the previous firm left off. We aim to offer our customers a good price and good service so that even if they receive offers from elsewhere, they should feel that they already have the right accounting firm, no matter how long they’ve been a customer with us. The programs we work in daily and can offer to new customers are Netvisor, Monitor ERP, Fennoa, and Procountor. If a customer has a different program and wants to switch to us, there are usually solutions for that too.
Monitor ERP is one of the leading ERP systems for manufacturing companies. They continuously develop their product and offer their clients the opportunity to record accounting directly in the system. At Dobra, we have a long-standing collaboration with Monitor to provide their clients with an accounting solution. We keep our accountants up to date on the program and can provide advice on settings and possibilities related to accounting using the program. Currently, Monitor ERP has all the functions except for a payroll module. Therefore, the payroll module needs to be resolved in a different way. Here at Dobra, we have several options and solutions for efficient data transfer from Monitor ERP to various payroll programs.
We offer a fixed price and do not bill separately for small things such as calls and similar. Our goal is to provide our customers with clear and transparent pricing, making budget planning easier and preventing unexpected costs from arising.

At Dobra, we focus solely on electronic accounting, which means that when a client switches to us, they either adopt an electronic system or we transition from their previous system. If you are not yet using an electronic system, now is a good time to start, and Dobra will assist you with it. If you already have an electronic system, simply provide us with the login details for your system and grant the necessary permissions on suomi.fi, and we’ll take care of the
rest.
We do not have our own accounting software; instead, we use the client’s existing software. If the client doesn’t have their own software or wants to switch, we can offer several different solutions, such as Netvisor.
